Courtenay Myers
Having directed the research efforts of more than 600 projects over her 10-year tenure, Courtenay Myers manages the continual evolution of Integris Consulting Group’s vast database of professionals. Courtenay’s strength working both behind the scenes and directly with clients, spanning industry and company size, ensures an Integris search engagement is individually tailored to each client and results in timely, intelligent hiring decisions. She joined Integris Consulting Group after spending three years as the Internet Research Director with a boutique consulting firm. Courtenay graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
Blanca Valenciana
Blanca Valenciana has been identifying and attracting top-caliber talent across numerous industries for more than 5 years at Integris Consulting Group and MVBL, Inc. Involved in every element of each working relationship, Blanca meticulously pursues staffing solutions that answer to the client’s specific position needs and match their business culture. She has gathered the market intelligence necessary to reduce talent acquisition costs and improve operating efficiency for companies of all sizes and across numerous industries. Prior to working at Integris, Blanca spent 10 years in various positions within the pharmaceutical industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University.
H. Benny Ball
Benny has brought consulting expertise to both NYSE Corporations and start-up companies in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits design and administration, talent relationship management, and government compliance. He has lead Society of Human Resources certification classes for the last 12 years including programs sponsored at Western Kentucky University, Middle Tennessee University and Vanderbilt University. He has also instructed the “people side” of Project Management Program Certifications. Benny graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.
John Livingston
The founding principal of Integris Consulting Group and MVBL, Inc., John Livingston has over 15 years of experience working in talent acquisition services. After 8 years as an executive in the publishing industry, John moved to a retained search firm, where he became the Chief Operating Officer. Since founding Integris and MVBL, Inc., he has guided the firm with a steady commitment to honesty and accountability, while leading the execution of creative and strategic staffing solutions. John is an honorably discharged veteran having served in the Army as a Military Police Officer.
